Great braces and fitting and treatment of the braces. However, to book an emergency appointment will take weeks as the receptionists are too incredibly incompetent and slow to answer the phones. No system is put in place. Day after day they tell you to “call tommorow at 9AM” simply for them to not pick up, and when they do pick up 40 mins later they tell you to “call tommorow at 9AM”. There seems to be no efficient booking system at this place. The receptionists should be fired… You keep calling day by day and week by week until the pain becomes too bad, they simply do not care. It is shameful

Extremely disappointed and awful experience. I was told that my Invisalign Would take 6-12 months max. It’s nearly 4 years now and my treatment is still going on. I am absolutely fed up with treatment. After 4 years of treatment I can’t eat properly and have extreme problems in chewing anything. Also my look has changed and my face moved to one side little bit. I have also attached the pictures of my teeth and date my treatment started. Awful experience after paying £4200.nAfter 2 years of treatment I moved to Newcastle from Manchester and kept travelling from Newcastle to Manchester for my appointments. I waste my time and money to there but nothing is changing. Each time I go to appointments they give me few more Invisalign and say 2 months more. Also I see someone different each time which is totally unprofessional.nLast 2 times I even told them that my teeth are not In proper positions so after the gape get close my teeth moves and it’s gets open again. They said to me that after gape get closed you need to wear Invisalign for extra 2 weeks and I used them extra 2 months. After 2 months they are back to their place as you can see in pic. Explained them everything but still they give few more Invisalign and says 2 months more. They aren’t really addressing the real problem  which is that both the upper and bottom teeth needs to be in proper position .nNow I phoned more then 10 times to get the right appointment but they are always busy and I couldn’t get the right appointment. I explained them that I live in Newcastle so I need the appointment that suits me and the staff over the phone says phone back and check if you can get the right appointment.nExtremely disappointed with the overall experience. Now I am going to the court as I gave them 4 years.nUnfortunately I can’t give 0 stars and have to give 1nDon’t try to remove my review instead try to improve your service

Dr Khurana and team were brilliant. They are all professional, friendly and attentive. I am very happy with how my teeth look now. Treatment took slightly less time than was expected too- bonus.
