The dentist here Alana Kilkenny is first class and was thorough as always with my check up and my grandson’s. She takes her time to put you at ease and explains everything to you. I had my first visit to the hygienist David too and he was first class. Really did a superb scale and polish on my teeth, explained everything to me. I can’t rate either of them high enough!
I am a very nervous patient and I have not been to the hygienist for years! The dentist recommended I went so I built up the courage today and saw the hygienist - Fariyal Hahn and the dental nurse- Becky Quail. Both put me instantly at ease and very gentle and explained what they were doing and why. They also gave me brilliant advice and recommendations. My teeth have never looked so clean! I would definitely recommend seeing them!
Mark Williams 5 out of 5 for my visit today. I had toothache and the lady on reception was excellent. She has great customer service skills and helped me to see the Dentist within 15 minutes. I needed a filling that had come out and the Dentist and her assistant did it straight away. A big thank you for all your help. Bupa Dental Care in Sale are the Best.
This practice has given me consistently good service, even when I 've had to request emergency appointments. Thankfully this hasn't been too often. They have changed appointments easily, when necessary. The dentists, dental nurses and hygienists have always explained exactly what what was going on and have included me in future planning. The receptionists are always polite and on the ball, in spite of the rudeness of some patients.
I can’t fault the level of service here from all staff. I’m a very anxious patient and everyone is very understanding. My dentist Alana makes me comfortable. I would never go anywhere else and the work done is always at a high quality.
No one likes going to the dentist, but Dr Casson and nurse Catherine make a tough day better. The girls at the desk are always accommodating and professional. The entire practice is a pleasure to visit. I cannot recommend highly enough- the BEST dental practice in Manchester by a country mile.
Fariyal Khan the dental hygienist is outstanding.Her passion and commitment to her work is inspiring. She has shown both me and my daughter how to look after our gums and teeth. Alanya is our dentist and is great too! Others in the past have made both by me and my daughter feel judged.
I have been a private patient with Bupa for over a year, and I am very happy so far. The reception team is friendly and efficient, and they can always find you an emergency appointment if you call early in the morning. My dentist Alana Kilkenny is truly lovely, she always talks you through what she’s doing so you’re never left wondering what’s going on in your mouth. I’ve also seen Fariyal Khan for hygienist appointments, and Jessica Hutton for emergency care, and I only have good things to say about both of them. It’s a shame the waiting list for an NHS spot is currently 2-3 years and I can’t use the free dental I’m entitled in relation to pregnancy, but that’s a UK wide issue so not exactly their fault
Have received very caring and first class professional treatment from both my dentist John Casson and hygienist Fariyal Khan.Nothing is too much trouble , and the team's priority is focussed on ensuring patients dental and oral health.Thankyou so much!
I can't believe the care and attention and overall effortless professionalism that I receive from Fariyal Khan my hygienist. She knows my medical history and how I broke my jaw in 9 places due to a car accident when I was 19, and she takes the greatest of care and puts me at ease every time I go to see her. I'm not the kind of person to usually leave reviews, but I think when you receive an exceptional service it's important to highlight the work of the people who look after us and keep our smile and our teeth looking and feeling their very best. Thanks Fariyal for everything you and the team at BUPA Dental on Washway Road do for me.
