Have been a patient of this dental practice for many years. Excellent hygienist, Debbie. Always cheerful and professional. Ian, our dentist is friendly and very experienced, always explains treatment and advice. Practice accommodate appointments to suit our needs.

Have just returned from having my bridge and adjacent teeth  replaced into the gaping hole in my mouth! All I can say is thank you Carol, for sorting out an appointment within 24 hrs, and thank you Sandra for sorting me out. This is a measure of how caring they are. Go there !!!

I had to have a change of dentist as my previous one left. My replacement was absolutely delightful as I am a very nervous patient ! He couldn’t have treated me with any more care. Such a relief for me. Thank you Damien

Professional, friendly reception staff. Dentist was seen 3 days after making an appointment. Very satisfied with hygienists at practice too.

After staying away during the pandemic and allowing them time to deal with the backlog, I tried to book an appointment today only to be told that I'd been 'archived'. No warning letter. No notification. No chance of being taken back on for at least 12 months.  The lady on reception was incredibly patronising. She spoke to me like a child and put the blame squarely on my shoulders. I explained why I'd stayed away but her attitude was unchanged. The computer had no record of my most recent visit, which was frustrating because I shouldn't have been archived.  I spoke about my experience to staff in one of the nearby shops. Several other customers confirmed that they'd had similar experiences with rude receptionists here. Their attitude sucks.  The dentists might be lovely, but the support staff are horrid. My advice? Go elsewhere. I will be.

I had to get 2 emergency appointments this week due to severe toothache. The receptionists were incredibly helpful the problem was dealt with efficiently. I can't thank the two receptionists on Friday afternoon enough.  They were so lovely to me,  knowing what a bad week I was having!

I Saw Lucy Meagher today who fixed a chipped front tooth.  The reception team were very friendly and the practice was clean and inviting.  Lucy and her nurse put me at ease straight away,  I was really impressed with the results from the treatment Lucy did, especially with it being my front tooth, the treatment was completely painless and Lucy ensured I was happy with the appearance before I left.  Could not recommend Lucy enough, fantastic dentist!

I’ve had the best dental experience with Zeinab. She was so thorough with my examination & replaced two of my fillings. She was gentle & talked me through each stage. The staff made me feel so comfortable especially Rachel, she helped me with completing  my paperwork correctly. Highly recommend this dental practice!

I can’t thank Sandra enough. She gave me back my smile. Forever grateful

I’m a new patient at the practice and my new dentist is Lucy Meagher. Just wanted to say how helpful and welcoming she was. I needed a root canal and Lucy made me feel very relaxed and comfortable throughout the treatment. Lucy provides great service and I highly recommend her to others! Friendly practice in general :
