If i could give a zero review i would. Sold a used car in "excellent condition" that didn't have paperwork, and then could not be taxed until new V5 came 6 weeks later. Within days, it was apparent car had major problems. Two roadside callouts, 2 trips to halfords and then one to a local garage confirmed car had been in an undeclared accident, and been bodge repaired badly. Car would not even be eligible to start an MOT, let alone to pass one, and garage declared it as unsafe to drive and uneconomical to repair. Attempts to contact dealer by phone/email/web form all failed. Attempts to get money back from credit card company ended with dealer giving pack of lies to Amex and case being closed/declined. I now have a useless piece of metal on my drive that i am having to pay somebody to take away and scrap. Avoid this dealer at all costs.
Nice polite people, but no office visible from the road so finding it was not as easy, but in middle of a refurbishment so no great anguish. Have bought a car with a couple of minor issues, collecting early next week, so will give an update then. March 4th....couple of issues with the car, and after a couple of visits to their garage a few miles away, and having to wait for a part from mazda to arrive, it was delivered yesterday and the part fitted whilst I waited and then car was fault clear. Thanks Taz and pass my thanks to the garage staff for all their help and cuppa. Very happy now.
Saw a car I'd like and went to go see it, staff was great, very helpful and polite. Unfortunately I couldn't carry own with the deal and was refunded my deposit! No hard feelings and would highly recommend them
Very reliable
I got a Nissan Leaf from HEATHROW GENRAL CARS DEHAM. I had it for 1 week and the guy told me it can drive 60 something if you fully charge and after when I put it on charge the max charge was 60% and can drive 20 miles on fully charge. I looked on Facebook marketplace and there this same car 60% Fully Charged for something like £4,000 here I got for £6,490 it’s waste of money.Trying to contact the seller but no response. Every time saying I am busy. This is the worst shop ever don’t buy any !
Unfortunately, the vehicle we were sold was faulty from day 1, which we have documented, and their "garage" said it could be fixed with a can of miracle solution. The engine has now failed, which requires a complete disassembly of the engine. We notified someone from the company - who assured us there is a "warranty" and now is not answering our phone calls. We contacted the third-party warranty provider who informed us that no paperwork/policy was ever filed for our vehicle - no warranty. Again, we have repeatedly tried to contact the company, having to use Skype to mask our number to finally get someone on the phone. The person, who was now managing the business because the boss is out of the country, will not resolve the issue by reimbursing our purchase. We are going to have to pursue legal action as the car is obviously not "in very good condition." I would avoid this business as the issue with our vehicle was known and yet they still tried to pass it off onto the consumer - highly unethical.
