Smaller Earth have fantastic customer service and the staff are all very passionate about ensuring that you have the best experience possible. They offer a wide range of work and travel programs so there's something for everyone! I have never had a bad experience with this company and I'm excited to apply for my next travel adventure!

One of the best things about this organisation is the fact that there is a program for everyone out there! I find the company very, very helpful; I have gone through their Camp Leaders program and their customer service all the way through as ace! Now I'm finding it hard to decide whether to continue with the same program or try something new with Smaller Earth! For anyone who loves travel, new experiences and meeting amazing people from all walks of Earth, this is possibly the best opportunity you will get.

I was recommended Smaller Earth in 2015 when I was looking for something to do with my summer. From here they guided me in every step of my Camp Leaders application in both 2015, as a new applicant and 2016 as a returning applicant. I had the best two summers of my life and would highly recommend Smaller Earth especially their Camp Leaders program!! I will definitely use this company again on my next adventure!

Amazing opportunities to travel all over the globe! Gap years, volunteering, au-pairing, summer camps, resort jobs and much more. I felt stuck for choice and wanted to do EVERYTHING that they have to offer. The staff are all very organised, enthusiastic and available to help with any questions or issues. I can't recommend this company enough. My experience with them has been 10/10.

Unfortunately I had to come back early due to a family issue but Smaller Earth and Adventure China was so understanding and arranged a flight for me straight away back home. Honestly can’t fault the organisation for their assistance and support from a difficult situation I was in. Strongly recommend Smaller Earth for also volunteering abroad because it was an invaluable experience!

Amazing! Would recommend to anyone looking to partake in a programme abroad. I went through smaller earth when going to America with Camp Leaders for two summers, and have worked for them now for two seasons. Quick response times and friendly staff, overall a high standard, professional organisation.

This company is excellent - extremely well organised and great customer service! Used them for a program in 2014, and everything was arranged perfectly. I receive correspondence about their other programs, which always look amazing and would not hesitate to use them again if i could! They will not dissappoint!
