We brought or Vauxhall Grandland in for a service on 10/2/24. First time ever using a main dealer and you always seem to hear negative things about using a main dealer, but honestly not here, we could not fault any part of the experience, very friendly and helpful staff who took the time to explain everything that had been done and broke down and talked us through what they did on the vehicle inspection. Overall a brilliant service, we dropped the car off, they gave us a courtesy car no hassle, just in and out. What more could you ask for. We will 100% be using this garage again in the future. Thank you

£199 for an oil change???? Why so expensive? Was told price included a vehicle health check but all I wanted was a simple oil and filter change in an astra. Snarky service too...

Great staff and excellent service

Staff superb and willing to help supplying advice etc and keeping you up to date with progress on your vehicle. The reason ive provided 4 stars  and not 5 is due to the location, the site is about three miles from.the nearest town and there are no local facilities for eating or drinking, having travelled an hour to get there in early morning traffic i could have  at least done with a a drink. But all in all, staff kept me up to date, great service, superb staff and a first class job, thank you.

Needed to get intercooler pipe replaced while away on holiday. , they couldn't fit me in on the day but took it in next afternoon and sorted it while I waited. Fantastic staff in the service dept couldn't do enough to help.5 star's for them...

I called in for a quote to change my car and even though tbe salesman seemed genuine and said he would contact me with a price and availability of the vehicle I wanted. He never telephoned me so I was offered a good deal at another garage and bought a new Peugeot

As with any main dealership prices for some of the servicing is more expensive than other garages. But I still think a stamp in your service book from a main dealer carries a bit of weight when coming to sell your car. The staff at Llanwnda have always been friendly and fair with myself and have been going there for the past 7 years.

Helped us out when our car had trouble while on holiday. Didn't have any slots available but fitted us in anyway. Thank you

Recently had a bulb replaced on my 2012 Corsa. Got it done in no time. Very fantastic staff.
