Purchased a car with 6 months warranty, nothing but issues when trying to get things repaired on the car….had to take to court to repair issues remaining and then failed to provide any documentation to prove work had been carried out. Rude and doesn’t respond to any calls or messages. Avoid!!
Not great after care. Reported faults and refused to fix them even though I had only had the car 1 week. Said belt and pump had been changed but it was confirmed it hadn't. Everything is nice until money is in his pocket then he doesn't want to know. Wouldn't recommend again.
WOW!!!! Just WOW!!!!!! This car dealership is a hidden gem. The cars are immaculate both inside and out. The customer service is both honest and accommodating. There’s nothing that’s too much trouble. What’s more they kindly took my 26 year old rust bucket off my hands as part exchange. Furthermore, they kindly promised to MOT the car I was buying for free as it was running out in 4 months. And here’s the cherry on top, Mon Car Sales followed up with a telephone call just to make sure that I was happy and that everything was ok. Now, that’s service that’s above and beyond! I can’t commend them enough! I will be returning as will everyone I’ve shared this information with. Five Stars .
I bought a car and paid over £2000 in June of last year. They agreed to MOT it as part of the deal and I was given the certificate with no advisories. 3 weeks later I had a flat tyre, took it to be fixed and they found several things wrong with it which rendered it unroadworthy, all things that had been signed off as fixed on the 'MOT'. I reported this to the owner who eventually, and after a lot of trouble, paid the nearly £300 it took to repair. Now in March 9 months later, the engine is completely shot and the car needs to be replaced. I would not not recommend anyone buying a car from here. No stars but couldn't post without!
Bought a car Citroen DS3 in July last year. Vert happy with it and had no issues!! It was cleaned immaculately and a fantastic price.
Went looking to buy one car which was advertised on the website but the car had been sold a few days before. Test drove another car that had only just come delivery lorry was still there, very accommodating. Was unable to get finance on that car but really tried. Would recommend
What can I say. John is a very straightforward talking and kind gentleman. Turned up on a Sunday afternoon to pick a car and was driving it away on the following Thursday. Everything sorted no hassle. My experience of Mon car sales was polar opposite to some of the other negative reviews on here. Hard to believe that we have met the same person to be honest. I will definitely be using John in the future.
I have bought cars from Môn Car Sales for many years, even before they moved to their present premises in Llangefni. I have always been very happy with the cars I have bought, and John has always been very helpful, pleasant and friendly, and is always very respectful. I would not hesitate to recommend Môn Car Sales to anyone looking for a good car at a reasonable price.
Great range of cars at really reasonable prices. I brought an Audi A3 great price, great car and great service. John the owner really takes care of his customers. It was just an all round excellent experience and after sales car. Highly reccommended.
An absolute pleasure to deal with. John is a total gentleman, customer service is outstanding. A totally stress free purchase with fabulous aftercare. Thank you!!
