Excellent service couldn’t recommend highly enough! Water system broke on 15+ year folding camper in middle of two week holiday in area. After a lot of teeth sucking & lack of interest from mobile engineers I had rang i contacted these guys who were far more positive from the start and just told me to pop in whenever possible and they would do whatever they could. Was luckily passing them on way to second campsite and without booking anything i was seen to pretty much straight away. The fault itself was with the dial to turn the tap on and of and i feared it would be like having to spend a couple of hundred quid replacing the whole wing mirror casing unit for a cracked mirror on your car. Sean came out, fiddled about with it for a couple of seconds to see what was up then disappeared inside to get a small plastic part to replace the snapped one inside without having to replace the whole thing. He clearly knew his stuff inside out and got us back up with running water with absolutely no fuss at all. Best bit of all he only charged me £6 for the part & £5 labour when i was bracing myself for a far bigger hit. Ended up buying some other stuff from them to show loyalty because the service was second to none from start to finish and a breath of fresh air. On top of all this they do the best breakfast butties at the on site cafe with the jolliest ladies serving - our repair was done in less than 5 mins so we felt a little cheated not being able to have one “while waiting” so got some anyway. Best all round shopping experience in years! Thanks so much for getting us back on track
Excellent service! Called this morning from a site in Porthmadog and was told to pop down. Within 30 mins we had a new water pump fitted and could carry on with our holiday. Incredibly friendly and helpful, would highly recommend.
Always my first choice when it comes to needing work doing or purchasing items ! Very honest and trustworthy and always pleasant and helpfull. My next caravan will be from here because its the peace of mind of dealing with such a quality business !
What a fantastic place, we had a bit of an incident trying to get into a car park and getting the height of our camper wrong so we managed to break our sky light, the staff here were absolutely amazing they had 1 in stock and dropped everything to fit it straight away for us. We are extremely gratefulfor what they have done for us and can't thank them enough

Amazing service, had a major fault with electrics on our caravan, these guys had the part in stock and were open over the jubilee Bank Holiday on a day that the nearest competitors were shut! I even bought a new set of Pans too. I will be using you every time I need something in the future.
Had a problem with the power lead of my Avtex TV, and as we were passing, popped in to see if they had a replacement. They didn't, but the very helpful chap in the shop had a fiddle, and soon worked out that the fuse in the plug had gone. So he sold me a pack of three for the princely sum of £1.25, and I went away a very happy chappy! Sorry, I didn't get a name, but thanks for the top service.
They service our caravan. Always very thorough and professional.
Our water pump had started to leak. These guys had one in stock, helped us with the electrical connections so we could fit it ourselves. All sorted within 30mins. Great service, thank you.
