Called here originally to get brake fluid after my campervan handbrake warning light wouldn't go off. Paul advised me it probably wasn't a problem with the brake fluid and even though it was only 30 minutes til they closed he suggested I get my camper down there and they'd take a look. Huw quickly found the disconnected wire that was causing the problem and we were soon on our way. Great service from a couple of lovely guys. Thank you.

Great workshop! Our car broke down and B&K managed to repair the cylinder head and even custom build an ignition coil for us spare parts have not been available at short notice as the car brand is not sold in UK for 30 years.

I had a problem with my car while we were on holiday.  Took the car to B & K Williams, although they were really busy they were able to fit us in. Had an issue with our car whilst on holiday and went to B&K to ask them to check it out for us. Really helpful receptionist who arranged for a mechanic to look at it. Didn’t get the name of the mechanic but he looked at it really quickly. He then told us what the issue was and quickly repaired it for us. No BS and a really reasonable price. Thank you so much. Thoroughly recommend.

We received superb service here. When our car started overheating while on holiday they quickly diagnosed a cylinder head gasket failure, clearly explaining how. We left the car there and returned to London by train. They provided a detailed estimate of repair costs, kept us informed of progress including variations only one extra part found to be needed, did a great job, showed me the removed parts when I collected the car, and had even washed it. If only they weren't so far from home we'd happily use them as our regular garage. Our thanks to the whole team!Service:&nbsp;Engine repair

Travelling with two young children, a screw in a tyre that was slowly deflating, could have been disastrous. Thankfully we were near B&K and they moved things around so we could get back safely on the road again. Great service, truly nice people.

Just got my car back from Paul today. I was travelling through Wales and ran into a bit of car trouble. I looked up a garage with some good reviews and dropped it in. Paul runs such a professional and honest service. I was just a blow in so he wasn’t expecting any repeat business, but he still treated me like a loyal customer. I highly recommend this place.

After trying to find an adventurous cut through back to the main road near Caernarfon Airport, despite driving what I thought was carefully, going over a ridge or a pothole put 2 holes in my old Golf’s oil sump. This wasn’t obvious until ‘stop’ in red capital letter flashed up on the display.. and I saw the last of the oil draining away under the car.  After meeting some very kind local residents offering help and a nearly 4 hour wait before being recovered by a nice, helpful man from Pwhlleli, and luckily 4 hours of sun through the late afternoon and evening, following a grey day, the recovery man dropped the car at this garage, B&K Williams, and then my son and I to where we were staying.  I rang B&K the next morning and Paul said he would see what he could do but that they were very busy.  He happened to ring the following morning when I was planning to ring the garage and check in, and said he’d been making inroads the day before ie. had assessed the car and ordered and obtained a new sump, and now just needed to run the costs past me and whether to proceed or not with the repairs.  He explained that the circumstances were a bit of a catch 22 because until the new sump was installed they couldn’t check that the engine was ok I had stopped almost immediately once the STOP sign had come on.  Fortunately, the garage rang later the same day to say the car was now ready for collection, and that I seemed to have been lucky in hopefully avoiding any knock-on negative consequences.. I had also mentioned that the car had recently had a new oil filter at its service- they checked it and agreed it was ok and didn’t replace it ‘automatically’.   Lastly, Paul showed my son and I the damaged sump which we both found very interesting to see.  Ultimately, I was very grateful this was all done/ and able to be done before returning from our holiday the following day.  A very efficient service and friendly team, that I would highly recommend.

Superb service - friendly, quick, knowledgeable and very reasonably priced. Our car started making a horrible grinding noise while in the town - took it here on the strength of the Google reviews and glad we did. Problem diagnosed and fixed in about an hour. Thank you!
