On my way to stay overnight before a family funeral tomorrow and had forgotten my suit jacket. Slaters gave me top quality service and rushed through some alterations so that everything was perfect for me. Good price too. Customer service like this seemed like a thing of the past. They have restored my faith in retailers. So kind, thoughtful and sympathetic. And its a really nice suit. Thanks so much to every member of staff. Outstanding.
The best place for menswear, I was very impressed with the quality of service that is provided here it was exceptional as was the quality of their products. If it doesn't fit you perfectly they adjust it to perfection then send it to your home free of charge. It is a must shop so please give them the opportunity to service your needs.
Great service today, lynsey in particular was great. For a girl who has just started in the company her customer service was second to none and made the experience much greater. It’s a credit to the store training given , her supervisor was tremendous also but didn’t catch her name. Plenty of suit options, helped with shirt style, ties and pocket squares to match best with suit, couldn’t ask for more from better service.
We had to buy 2 suits for our sons today, for a funeral of a dearly loved family member. Staff were amazing, I have to single out the salesman who got both sons kitted out, Cameron. If I could give this store and the staff 20 stars I would. The service, and quality made a difficult visit a pleasure.
Sudden plan of buying a suit, interesting collection with tailored, slim and skinny fits. The person who was helping me in suit section wasn’t helpful, he was just trying to get rid from his section as soon as possible. For all the suits tried he wasn’t giving honest opinion. The madam at the shirt selecting selection had better idea for the selection and helped me out as i never had a experience of having one. The quality of suit is one of the finest!!
Needed a suit at the last minute for a wedding, chanced it asking for a tailored suit to be completed within 24 hours. I was absolutely amazed the guy said “Sound good, come back tomorrow before 3”. Service was above and beyond any place I’ve been to before. Picked up the suit on the day of the wedding, was nervous about the fittings etc, the suit was an excellent fit. Shout out to the guy and staff who tailored my suit in less than 24 hours. Anyone looking for a suit needs to visit Slaters Staff very helpful and honest Service was impeccable Great pricing for the quality
I cannot say enough good things about the team at Slater Menswear in Glasgow - management, reception and sales team, fantastic all round. Special thanks to Steve for helping with an urgent and bespoke tailoring service for one of our colleagues this month. Exceptional service from a local business!
Just collected my Made to Order suit. The suit fits perfect Excellent service and great experience. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a better fitting suit with the personal touch and finish I will be back
Went to Slater's to get my son a suit, His first may I add. From the second we stepped in the service was absolutely first class. The young guy measured and helped assist with all the suits and advice was first class, then he passed us over to another gentleman who assisted us with shoes. Nothing was too much bother at all for the staff. 3 piece suit and shoes purchased and when we got back to the car my son said he was made to feel pretty special and he would buy any further suits from there. Excellent shop with equally excellent staff. I do hope Slater's is a store that value their staff. Coz they are the back bone of slaters name. Thanks again
Never had a bad experience in Slaters, a visit on Tuesday 27th Dec was excellent. My son needed a new suit for a mock court case at Uni where he has to present closing arguments..within 30 secs of arriving and speaking with an assistant, he was measured up and with a quick glance at a rack of suits he was handed a suit jacket to try for size. That was the suit we left with. The assistant was fantastic with him, took him down to get a shirt, tie and shoes and we left with 10 minutes of arriving. Wouldn't get anywhere else, suits for any occasion.
