Great place to visit. The Kelpies are enormous! Lovely place to walk, cycle, skate etc., lots of smooth paved tracks, great for all ages. Car parking on site, place gets very busy so arrive earl as car parks soon get full. Don’t forget to visit the Falkirk Wheel (worlds first and only rotating boat lift) while you are there.

A really impressive place and example of public art. Thoroughly recommended! There's a really worthwhile visitor centre and a lovely park all alongside the canal here. I went with my extended family and enjoyed spending a couple of hours here. On another visit, I'd bring a picnic and maybe combine a visit here with the Falkirk Wheel and the Antonine Wall.

Very nice place to visit. Particularly on sunny days. A very well photographed monument. Hat can be seen from all around. I've cycled from Glasgow to the kelpies a year or so ago using the canal path and it was a great sight to see. A lot bigger than I expected them to be. They're particularly spectacular at night when illuminated.

Nice trails leading around the canals and up to the massive Kelpies statues. We went at night to see them all lit up. There is a little cafe and gift shop open until 5pm. The walking trail is nicely paved but no lighting on the trail to the parking lot. Great for taking kids and dogs for a stroll.

Since the project was first spoken of we have watched delight as this forgotten corner of our town was transformed into an international delight. Andy Scott has produced two modern wonders and I love that I can walk to it from my home. Definitely worth the hype.
