Good selection of drinks and food. I do wish they had Nakhla tobacco. That said, best shisha place in Liverpool. The fruit heads are a rare treat to find outside of the Middle East.

Me and a friend who I would consider an expert in Shisha, absolutely loved our shisha experience here. We ordered Blumist which tasted amazing. You could tell from the smell before you even try it that it was going to be a good session. I have smoked blumist for many years and I can tell when it is the good stuff, which this one was. The only negative I would say was that the match we went to watch kept freezing so I had to use my phone to watch it but it was a bad day outside so maybe it messed with the wifi signal? But yes, great place!
Nice location and view but bad service and rude people serving shisha make you feel unwelcome test of shisha it’s okay i know places in liverpool served shisha much better than this place with high quality service
They bring us wrong cocktails And i went to the bar and ask nicely to change the cocktail and i paid for another two cocktails The girl was acting like i made a mistake i should apologize to her to give us wrong ones After that i asked for a shot and she toke the money from my hand very rough with anger. I'm not gonna go to sky ever again in my life The staff should be changed becuse they don't know how to talk to customer, It's not good for the business.
Staff are very nice, atmosphere is great. The decor is fantastic, the trees, balcony, and even the light shades add to the overall experience here. Really is a nice place and doesn't look cheap, drinks are a bit on the pricey side but my opinion is that they are worth it. Will definitely come again! :
Visited this place yesterday with friends. Ordered lamb kebab which was raw. When made a complaint, waitress took the dish away to show it for chef, came back and said that chef told her it’s good to eat. After longer discussion about it she offered to cook lamb longer which I refused because was feeling sick after eating it. No other complimentary was offered. When ordering drinks they kept on coming wrong. Instead of white wine they just brought us rose explaining that white has finished. When ordered tequila shot it was just a shot of spirit without lemon and salt. No sauces were offered with food. And on top of everything we were refused to order shisha but inside the bar the owner was smoking it himself! Very poor service and attitude to customer however I felt sorry for waitresses as they seemed to be only ones doing them job properly.
Reasonably priced and really good shisha + drinks. Precious who works front of house was very welcoming and friendly gave us some great recommendations!
came here with my partner after being let down by zodiac and reem, and had a great experience and even came back again the next day. the service was good, the shisha was good and the food was good. would definitely recommend.
One person serving drinks. Waited 15 minutes for a large group to order all their drinks that we ended up walking out. Decor needs updating. Very basic.
