Lovely station which provides frequent services to Leeds, Bradford and Cumbria. Plenty of seating available, and adequate shelter.nnVery easy to get to the town centre from the station, although direction signs may be beneficial.
I love skipton,walk along the canal, then a boat ride, had some of the best pork pies in Yorkshire , last time we were there,there was a street market,but not on this occasion as it was Sunday.
Nice Place to spend your day , the Skipton market is good place to spend your time. The Skipton Castle , the Church, the Park.nnGood nice Restaurants and Pub near the market place.nnYou can enjoy boat rides and exploring the places.
Love Skipton, plenty of facilities for boaters. Plenty of shops, public transport, want for nothing
