I am very happy with my ipl hair reduction treatments i have been having over the last 5 months at skin and tonic. After only 4 sessions of full legs and underarms i have noticed a significant reduction in the growth rate and the nasty ingrowing hairs i was getting from shaving. I am looking forwards to completing the next 2 sessions of my package before the summer arrives so i do not have the hassle of constant shaving this will also make my holidays much much easier from now on ...so glad i was recommended to skin and tonic from a friend who has also had great results with her ipl sessions.

My wife & i  have just finished our are monthly session of the hot stone therapy massage with the Neal's yard organic facial treatment at skin & tonic Windsor we feel totally relaxed & rejuvenated and with the added touch of the heated bed this time of year it was a totally blissful experience. We would highly recommend a visit to skin & tonic we have always had a fantastic treatment and have always experienced a very professional service here and as always we are already looking forward to our next visit !

My sister in law baught me the IPL package for my birthday for £100 from Groupon. On the day of the patch test we recieved a text message 20 minutes before the appointment to say the gel had ran out and the delivery had not arrived so we rebooked for the week after. The week after we had the patch test all went well but when booking the actual sessions we received a text message to say she was to busy and to get a refund from Groupon. This has by far been my worst Groupon experience and I'd recomend researching where you are going. the customer service is poor and the beauty rooms are ropey. Will be using a repeatable salon in future... dodge this like the plague.

So happy with my skin after the microdermabrasion skin resurfacing facials iv been having at skin & tonic windsor . After years of suffering from acne I had been left with some visable  scars & uneven blemished skin tone this is my second package so my 12th treatment spread over a year & am very happy with the results iv got my skin is much smoother , even & more radiant the scaring is barely visable & i no longer have an oily shiney t zone . Microdermabrasion is a fab gentle but effective treatment i will defenatly have one a month from now on thank you so much  siobhan

Our worst experience.

I found about this place through Groupon. They were having "75 minutes pamper packs for two and spa access for £65", with a choice of:
* 30-minute treatments: back and neck aromatherapy massage | mini facial | eyelash and eyebrow tint | half leg wax | full arm wax
* and 45-minute treatments: full-body hot stone massage | steam facial | full-body Swedish massage | full leg wax

I booked for Saturday 3:30 p.m. The "therapist" sent a message to let me know about a 20 mins delay, which didn't matter too much as we were already on our way. As we reached the destination, it came out that the spa it's just a room private rented in the Leisure Centre and at 4:10 my boyfriend finally got in and spent only 50 mins (not 75 as advertised) on a MINI FACIAL and a BACK MASSAGE.
SAME FOR ME. Six o'clock the complex was shot down.
Not to mention that the therapist is taking private phone calls, texting messages and using toilet while you stay there with eyes covered with two cotton pads and wait for more to happen.
