I have had a couple of treatments since I recently moved into the area and I've been really impressed by the wealth of offers, professionalism and expertise of staff. I feel like I want to tell everyone I know about Cool Contours and so I often do. It's value for money and you come out feeling great every time. Lucia has a great business and I would recommend trying them yourselves
I recently visited cool contours and although staff were lovely and salon very clean I had 3 procedures . Lemonbottle on chin , Hifu face and neck lift and 1 ml lip filler . Not one of the procedures made a difference . I'm most disappointed with my lips. I haven't had them done for 3 years and was so excited to have them done for my holiday and they look no different apart from bruised. Sadly I won't return to this salon
I’ve been coming to Cool Contours for various treatments for the past two years and I wouldn’t now go anywhere else. Lucia gives honest advice, when asked, and would never ‘over sell’. The team are always professional yet friendly, the results excellent and Debbie is always so helpful. I wouldn’t go anywhere else now.
So I was very sceptic using anti age treatments. Said I would never do it!! Went here with a friend one day and everyone were so lovely and accommodating and knowledgeable that I decided to have Botox there and then as I wanted a frown in my forehead gone. I was nervous and cautious but I was put at ease straight away by the friendly staff and had it done there and then. Wow. Great result! I have since had various treatments here over the years. Great prices and great results. Would never go anywhere else!! If you have ever thought about maybe trying some treatments but not sure, this is the place to go.
I booked the ten years younger package. I had travelled a hundred miles to get there .When I got there the woman who was doing my treatments didn't do threads which was part of my package . They were very matter of fact and very much well were doing you a favour with the package deal attitude about it saying you will have to come back . I was really annoyed at the attitude considering I'd travelled 100 miles and the time it took me to get there and back plus the money plus I had to get someone to drive me. So that was going to be another 60 pound in petrol a day off work on top of the 60 I'd already payed. When i booked another oppointment for the threads i explained what had happened and I'd like to take advantage of the 45 pound hifu face and neck offer to make it worthwhile me travelling a hundred miles to get the threads done which was their error in the first place. They said no we don't have on any more. However I just attempted booking it online and it would of gone through if I'd continued with the purchase. I said well how come it would of gone through. I just got replies saying no. I thought this was disgusting after they had really messed up my oppointment. So they sent me an email saying we booked you in for Thursday. I'm thinking is worth it for 4 cog threads the extra money and time. Meanwhile another offer comes up on their page for the hifu. Although I'd been told I couldn't have the offer . I was so cross just absolutely terrible customer service . I thought stuff your threads you can have a bad review on Google as they never even offered me a refund for the threads either. I wouldn't travel far again for treatment as it can end up costing more money and stress and I will never use that company again. Plus you can't add a review on their Face book page anymore what does that tell you.
Every treatment I've had from Lucia has been amazing! They have given me so much confidence in the way I look its changed my life. Thank you so much x
I have had Botox done several times here with Betty, Lucia and Tanya, lovely clinic very professional would highly recommend.
Absolutely amazing service, the ladies are so friendly, caring and at the same time still professional they do there best to put you at ease if your slightly worried or nervous. I travel from Oxford to Windsor every couple weeks for various different treatments and wouldn't go anywhere else ,the whole package of cool contours keeps me going back the atmosphere is do calm and relaxing no other place could do better xx
I bought a package online for an amazing price i had botox and micro blading on my eye brows and my lips done i was nervous as never had and of these treatments before but the staff were so professional and made me feel relaxed Will deffinaltly be using there serivce again thankyou ladiesServices: Permanent makeup
