Bought some 3 pairs of shoes. Took one pair back not at all worn at all! and told they had been worn. They pointed at some dust on the heal on one shoe so I pulled the shoe on the front in store and got exactly the same mark! We spend loads at sketchers and never returned. Says 45 days return. Not going back ever!
Warranty for returns invalidated once you wear the shoes... What bloody good is that!? I only know if they are good after wearing them. Walking around the shop is no good, you need at least a 24 hour return policy for brand new expensive shoes.
Very good service. Staff are well informed and give excellent advice about correct shoe size, etc. A bit pricey but trainers were very comfortable with good ankle support.
Excellent service here today, Steven recommended several shoes that fit what I was looking for and was knowledgeable about how to get a good fit. Keep it up!
Honestly, the staff are truly lovely and genuinely so welcoming and supportive, I always feel welcomed to come and look in the store. Finally bought a lovely pair of new shoes and they are so comfy, I can't believe I haven't even bought a pair until now! Truly, the staff really are amazing, and the variety of choices for shoes are always fantastic! I honestly recommend them a lot!
Friendly helpful staff and good range of styles to choose from. A while ago I broke my foot with the result that foot is wider than the other. This seems to be the only place I can get great styles to be comfortable for both feet.
One staff by the name of Fernanda stood out and she was very kind and helpful. Great customer service from her. I spent so much of time there and she brought me many shoes and guided me and my wife for choosing the correct shoes. She was very professional with her job. I want to say thanks to her kindness and I am happy for the company that there is a staff like her working at this store.
RUDE STAFF I haven't even purchased anything and I will not in the future and the reason is only one: the costumer assistant was rude. Not extremely, but enough to make me feel uncomfortable for no reason at all. It was my first time in the store and I looked into the kid section a pair of shoes as i liked the model for myself, yes and I received only sarcastic questions from her like: "And you're looking for shoes in the kid section? For yourself? Ok...". It's not even what she said... but the way. I do not even complain when I am served the wrong food at the restaurant and I always try to be nice to everyone...but I can't stand the passive-aggressive attitude from someone that is supposed to assist me as a costumer. I deal with costumers everyday myself, even rude ones, and this is really not the way to do it. I honestly think she chose the wrong job.
Lovely service, friendly staff great loaction
Bit limited for stock and unlikely to appeal to people who put what's in fashion first. But extremely helpful staff selling probably the most comfortable footwear you can buy!
