Not been in a LUSH for over a decade, but felt drawn to it yesterday...so glad I did. Young ladies in Cribbs Causeway store are wonderful...not pushy, so helpful and didn't make me feel out-of-place like some of the more mature (know-it-all) perfectly manicured assistants in other beauty stores. I had a lovely time chatting and testing products and left very pleased with my purchases of Karma and glittery bombs 😁 Wish I'd noticed name of tall girl who served me...a credit to your company LUSH !

visited yesterday and received a lovely hand massage by one of the ladies, came away feeling relaxed and satisfied with my goodies :)

Staff breath down your throat whilst shoving a bath bomb down for good messure. Made me want to leave.. 

I didnt buy anything because i couldnt think straight. I was stalked around the shop as i tried to politely walk away.........Whilst being stalked everything i picked up i was given a speach that wasnt welcome. 

If left alone im quite good at spending more than i intended.

A lovely lady at the Cribbs Causeway store helped me earlier today. I only wish I had got her name to thank her. She had an Australian accent and had a cool beanie hat on. So helpful with advice for my skin care so a big thank you!
