LOVE THIS SHOP!!! There is no Jd near me so is a right treat when I go there. I’m always finding great bargains in the shop ( best deals at the back of the store). Never had a problem with the staff as well.

I went in to get a pair of trainers. They've got a decent selection of footwear and clothes - found exactly what I was looking for. Plus, there are plenty of staff on the shop floor to help you out.

Not sure if it’s New Years blues but the lady in red hoodie is seriously miserable. Not so much as a hello, thank you or goodbye. Won’t be rushing back there!

Shocking store and company!! I ordered some trainers to be delivered to store the next day before 12. When I got there after 12 they still hasn't arrived and I was told it would be next day! Store manager was rude and unhelpful. Couldn't get a refund for the delivery I paid £5.99 for. The stores customer service skills and attitudes leave a lot to be desired, All they did was pass the buck so they didnt have to take any responsibilty themselves. Has put me off JD Sports in future ill go elsewhere and spend my money where the customer service is better

The worst customer's service I have ever encountered in my life store run by ignorance never never never again 
Also managers rude unhelpful no customer service skills 
Just saying without customers what do you have think about that share holders
