As a reluctant store visitor, I needed to go in to have a suit measured up for work. I must say that the service and experience was great. I was served by Aaron and Nikita who were helpful and knowledgeable. Exactly what I needed, being someone who rarely shops in physical stores. Good job and a satisfied customer. Now just hoping it turns up in time!
Nice store based on the top floor of the Cribbs Causeway Mall. Attentative staff. Helped us pick the right hire suits for us, and measure us up. Collected the other day without hassle, a few of us had to change a size down, and they sorted that promptly for delivery before the wedding.
I found it best to shop online, then have garments sent to the retail outlet for fitting. The shop doesn't stock the full range available in the online shop.
After going to most of the stores in the mall that sell shirts, I came to this one - what a substantial difference in customer service, shirt quality and price. Will was very helpful in making sure I had the best look and shirt fit for both the funeral and my work as Master of Ceremonies. Made the experience much more enjoyable and worthwhile and the look we created was a winner! My partner and I would come here first again in a heartbeat - thanks Will, really appreciate your friendliness and quality service!
Freind booked an appointment for us for a fitting as weddimg coming up. Well have to say what was the point in booking as we just picked and tried things on. Staff did not once offer any help at all well part from did you want to buy or rent. I cancelled taking my boy to football as this needed to be when we could of gone anytime. So bought stuff else where sorry had nice stuff but refused due to service
Went to the cribbs causeway shop today, intending to hire 6 wedding suits, had an appointment booked for 11am, surprised by the salesman's intial contact with our group saying there was no appointment booked under our name, not until we gave him our christian name, he found the appointment. It became obvious he was not interested in helping us, showed us a couple of shabby and dusty hire suits. Needless to say we left empty handed after just 5 minute's. Shame as it took 1.5 hours to get there..
This is my first one star review ever given however today the shopping assistant was unprofessional and unhelpful when my father was looking to buy a tuxedo. He was more concerned about counting a newly arrived stock of ties instead of making a sale potentially worth a few hundred pounds to the only costumer present in the shop.It is my first and last time when I will attempt to buy anything from Moss Bross. They should shadow their colleagues at Hugo Boss or John Lewis to get a glimpse of what costumer service means. After our last weekend shopping trip to Milano where the shop assistants are genuinely building report with the costumer I can reasonably say that my one star review is a generous one.
Terrible experience. I booked an appointment in store to be fitted out for a suit for my wedding with my fiancé. The whole experience was extremely disappointing and the young staff in the shop had little knowledge or experience in what the store offers and this includes the manager of the store. I wanted a bespoke suit but the options were extremely limited and none of the staff wanted to take any measurements. I understand COVID restrictions but this was ridiculous. On top of this I’d ordered two suits from them online and the returns slip in the parcel clearly states that this can be returned in store, so due to the appointment I took this in store to return only to be told no returns in store are accepted. No interest was taken in the suits which weren’t right for me, no interest was taken in the style and colour I wanted for my wedding. My partner and I were asking all the questions to try and understand what Moss Bros actually offer. What was this appointment supposed to be? I have family lined up to go to further appointments but they will all be cancelled. This experience really was unexpected from a store which really should be the experts. I popped over to Next without a booking and was treated so differently, all measured and found a great suit which I’m happy with. No need actually for bespoke. All of my family will now be directed there. The manager there confirmed that it is a franchise store so Moss Bros should review this stores offering because it shouldn’t be allowed to operate how it is.
Shocking service... in fact NO SERVICE Visited the store this afternoon looking for suits or hire suits for our wedding... 2 sales agents stood at the till talking and on phones another stood just looking around the store. Noone was intrested in serving us!!! Disgusting well you lost the sale for 8 suits Called the store today to advise on this the be patronised saying have a good day!!!
Absolutely disgusting and appalling behaviour from the store manager Mike, I received a faulty jacket with holes and buttons coming off. I had spoken to a member of staff and covering manager in the store who said that this was okay to exchange once the jacket is received from another store into Bristol. I had then received a phone call my jacket is ready to collect, for several months I have been in and out of the store the covering manager was the one who was managing the store I could say approximately 6 months. Mike returns and claims and lies he has been at the store for years and has been in daily this was the first time I had seen him, it’s embarrassing such a large company like this has an appalling manager who has no skills in customer service what so ever, his attitude let’s the store down massively and head office should reconsider such managers like these. I am put off returning to this store based on the service received by the manager Mike.
