Very happy customer. Brought a car from here and dealt with the sales manager Tony.  Have to say he was very efficient and friendly. Everything was straightforward and transparent a great guy to deal with. We agreed what was needed to be done to the car and a collection day. I was pleased to receive a text saying the car was ready 2 days earlier which was perfect. A great company to do business with, will be coming back here for my next car.

Recently purchased a car from SJN which I first saw advertised online - reserved it over the phone for a (returnable) £50 deposit and went to see it a few days later. The car was exactly as described and a quick test drive convinced me to go ahead. Initially dealt with Jacob who was friendly and efficient, then Tony & Malcolm to sort out a couple of minor niggles post-purchase. Everything has been first class throughout and for a relatively low-value purchase, SJN couldn't have been more helpful or accommodating. I will definitely consider them for future purchases and wouldn't hesitate to recommend based on this experience.

Great service, very helpful staff!

I would not hesitate to recommend SJN Motors in Northampton to anyone looking to buy a great quality car at a very reasonable price.
The service from start to finish was a pleasurable experience. 
Tony is very friendly, approachable and definitely knows his stuff! Any questions (and I had lots😂) were answered confidently and honestly without hesitation.
A great choice of cars ranging in all prices.
The sale went through quickly and smoothly. 
I can't wait to drive my new car!

Great customer service. A very busy dealership we've never seen a car dealership so busy in our life. Arrived at the showroom without an appt to look at some cars. We dealt with a guy called Tony. He was such a pleasure to deal with. Let us test drive the car on our own to help us a decision. Was very relaxed and never put any pressure on us. Even though they were extremely busy he gave me and my wife all the attention we needed and showed us all the documentation for the car aswell. What a great place to buy a car from. Can't wait to collect it now. Thanks for all your help.

I first connected via the web-connect feature and spoke with Anthony (Tony) and he was very helpful. 
When we spoke in person we made further progress. The whole Team including the Boss Malcolm and  also Cathy have been brilliant.

I attended to pick up the vehicle and though there was some damage which no one had seen previously, they offered to repair this at a garage local to me and at their cost payable directly. 

Excellent service and above all, decent human beings. Now that is a rarity in life much less even in the motor trade. 

Highly recommended.
