Have visited a number of times for routine maintenance and the service has always been fantastic! Friendly and welcoming staff and a nice lounge to wait in while the car is being worked on.

Stealers booked my car in because car told me I need a check up abit surprising after I only had it serviced 6 months ago 2 and half year old S3. Called them up they told me I needed break fuild change agreed a price. They called me said I needed pollen filter air conditioning filter and all sorts and said I might aswell get it done while I'm there charged £350. £700 within a year? A ripoff. Got car back with all the side of white car covered in tyre black someone been trashing my car? 70 mile test drive really? When I got car back and I accelerate hard front wheels spinning. I don't know how long Quattro had not been working but either they broke it or and they failed to diagnose the fault. I complained to Audi customer service they told me how would they know there was a fault. How would I know? I'm not machanic. Simple Google search. I had been driving it good 6 months with broken haldex makes your car 2 wheel drive. They could have plugged my car in or realeased on the test drive there professionals not me. I had to rebook in Coventry where they took the car apart to fix it £900 bill under warranty month later new owner would have to pay because I sold it. Why do you have to service your cars when you don't even drive more than 4000 miles a year sometimes even twice a year. My ford I didn't service in 3 years didn't miss a heartbeat.

Truly awful. They’re pretty much everything you fear from a large corporation franchise and the very personification of the reason that more customer-focused, smaller, independent garages are on the rise. Their ‘free health check’ felt nothing more than an attempt to pressurise me into buying something I didn’t need by inducing a fear that something might not work or is dangerous. The ladies on the sales desk seem to have targets to hit and it’s heartbreaking to deal with. My 'very badly pitted and corroded rear disks’ (we can replace discs and pads for £375 as I don’t know if they’ll pass an MOT??) passed their MOT, my non-functioning rear wiper (we can replace for £282.75 as I don’t know if will pass an MOT??) didn’t need to be replaced as it’s not part of the MOT requirement. Audi refused to award it an MOT due to a ‘non-latching’ rear seat-belt ("We don’t repair these are they’re a safety item and the safety of your family is paramount’ - but we can replace it for £310.75??). I walked out to the car and tried it for myself - It actually worked 100% perfectly first time and I had to bring the lady out form reception to show her. She looked mortified and arranged for the car to go immediately back to the workshop and pass it’s MOT. If I’d followed all of their advice I'd have spent £968.40 on items which were entirely unnecessary. It made me feel sick to the pit of my stomach - the whole vibe of my visit seemed to be 'we can’t do a ‘free’ health check with out getting paid some way or other' I asked to speak with a manager - she wasn’t available. I was told she would call me the next day - needless to say - she didn’t. Draw your own conclusions.

Visited this showroom (Today) late November and can not praise all staff members enough! I’m a little confused with the reviews prior to mine as I would highly recommend this Dealership!! I dealt with Charles, Mark, Richard and the lovely lady who welcomed me at the showroom. Car I was interested in was exactly as per advertisement including service agreement.
