Brilliant experience. Got myself a nice little Corsa at super short notice. 30k, 1 owner, looks and feels tidy. Excellent customer service. Not pushy, and honest salesman. Would recommend and will return.

A huge lesson learned. Check what you buy before you drive away, whether it's a less expensive trade in or something more expensive because any issues you find or that were not accurate or in the vehicle description won't be considered afterwards no matter how nicely you inform them. A small gesture of goodwill towards work required always keeps customers happy. Sadly this dealership heavily relies on the "sold as seen policy". I say "Buyers Beware"

Popped along with a friend to look at a car which had been advertised for sale - originally booked in for 1100 but had to change to 1415 due to family circumstances.  We got there and took a good look at the car (58 plate Honda Civic - £3,995), checked inside and out - all looked good but the salesman mentioned several times that there were others interested (which is fair enough).  Friend wanted to take the car out for a test drive and was told that he couldn't do that as the other person coming to look at the vehicle was on his way from further afield.  Salesman admitted no deposit had been paid but as this other person had a car to part-ex (2007 BMW 325i) he wanted to let him have first refusal on the vehicle as it was only fair as he was travelling the greatest distance, yet earlier on in the conversation cars were sold on a first come, first serve basis.  Despite this the salesman still offered for my friend to come in and look at finance deals on the vehicle - something I thought was a bit pointless seeing as we couldn't test drive the vehicle.  It became pretty obvious, quite quickly that the salesman was obsessed with the other customer and getting his hands on this BMW the customer wanted to part-ex, even going so far as to detail how it would probably be a straight swap or possibly cash their way if the car was as good as the potential buyer was describing.  We eventually left, my friend much clearer on finance options for a car he couldn't have, myself very much  unimpressed with the service and the salesman practically champing at the bit for this person to turn up.

So the moral of this story (I suspect) is that you may be interested in a car, you may be there and practically willing to have it there and then (on finance too, meaning the dealer gets their money straight away) but if another customer who may or may not turn up with a nice car to part-ex is also interested you may as well forget it.

Of the many car dealers I've dealt with over the years this experience has left me relatively speechless - a garage best avoided.

A shame no zero stars as would have picked that.   Terrible issues with purchased car and not dealt with in a professional way at all.  Please take your hard earned money to a company that cares.
