Going to be brutally honest here, I’ve just read through some of the reviews that have been posted here about Motorvogue Northampton and to the people that wrote those ridiculous reviews about the staff being rude and uninterested in selling them a car, test driving, half asleep etc all I have to say to you is you clearly got out of bed the wrong side that morning or you were menstrating or just weird. This review I am posting is coming from a customer that can annoy and frustrate you so much that you reach a point of just wanting to punch them in the face. (The team never said that but I know what I’m like) I expect the world for absolutely nothing, difficult most times, indecisive, demanding, firing a million questions, always phoning up and pestering them with queries and also presenting them with one problem after another. To the person that wrote a review on being unable to get through to the sales team, sorry, but that was probably me blocking up the phone lines. Everyone at Motorvogue has been absolutely amazing. Mark the manager was absolutely brilliant, he was the person that greeted me when I walked through the showroom with a massive smile on his face and was ever so friendly. Mark took all of my details and I explained my expectations, he passed me over to his salesman Sam to attend to all of my needs. Sam was absolutely exceptional, he made my car buying experience great, I walked away happy with my brand new fiat 500 mirror which initially I never thought would be coming home with me. I’ve bought three cars from Motorvogue Northampton over quite a few years and have always been happy with their service. The whole team is great, keep it up guys! Much love, Katy x

Fantastic for Motability.  Called in without an appointment in the first instance and was attended to by the Fiat Garage Manager who couldn't have been any more helpful if he tried.  We didn't test drive the car this day because we hadn't give advance warning - we didn't expect to even be able to see anyone.  

Mark and his team took the time to talk through various car choices with us but what really stood out for me was when Mark stated that MY comfort, my choice and my needs were what he would focus on - not that of the rest of the family.  I'm the one driving, I'm the one who is disabled  - this attention to detail was not offered from other garages.  

We booked a test drive in for Saturday just gone - we were early, offered refreshments and shown where the bathrooms were - this is another good tick in the box.  The test drive was great, the driver was friendly, knowledgeable and even took us to try the car on my very small narrow driveway. 

We made our decision there and then that we would be getting a car from Fiat Northampton without a shadow of a doubt this is the best customer service we have received from ALL the dealers in Northampton that we visited (didn't visit them all) 

I would totally recommend anyone who is on the Motability scheme to give these guys a call and make an appointment to visit the showroom.  

Cant wait now for my lovely new car to be delivered - the next 3 months will be torture waiting !!!!!!

Thank you Mark & Team for taking the time to go through ALL options with me and my husband - rock paper scissors will never be played the same again !!!!!

I cannot praise the entire Alfa Romeo team at Motorvogue Northampton enough for their professionalism during my purchase for my new Alfa Giulia. Carla in particular was exceptional in making the whole purchase process seamless. She was kind, friendly and genuine. I made a few changes after I placed the initial order; she was always willing to help and handled my endless requests with patience and grace. This is what top class service should be!  Thank you once again for being GREAT at what you do. If you are interested in Alfa Romeo, I would highly recommend you to check out Motorvogue Northampton.

Great experience with fiat Northampton. So much better than the dealer in Milton Keynes. Will use them in the future for my fiat serving.
