sadly had to go through insurer, take it somewhere else. Came back filthy so I cant tell if the paint is even or the right shade. its still not right, panel is a few mm dented in, and its obvious. Took a week to get estimate to the insurer then a week for the parts to arrive then 2 weeks for the work. Slow, poor workmanship. I have no idea how it got through QC. Avoid like the plague

My insurance used this company to fix my car and they were very polite and informative, they also have an app so you can see the progress of the repair allthough I was updated regularly by the mechanic anyway via phone call. A good job done Thankyou, I'm so glad to get my car back!!

Mixed feelings also, the car had a minor ding on one small plastic panel and a cracked light cluster, went in to the garage, heard nothing for 12 days, then a phone call, "it's done". But the paint was not the same shade, it's close but not identical. I accepted the car as it's only the run around car in our family and I can't be waiting another 12 days for them to re do it (probably still be the wrong shade). Life's too short...on the plus side, it came back clean!

Mixed feelings really. Took one car in and service good and turned around same day . Took second car for 4 days work, they wanted it for 9 got them down to 7 and they thought nothing of the fact that I was being inconvenienced at any time and left me feeling stupid for mentioning that their lack of planning wasn't my concern. One panel damaged at back of car by being force fitted with a screwdriver and when I explained that someone had damaged it at the shop, not me they didn't reply which means they didn't care and also found finger prints in sprayed panel where they had but the rear lamp back in before paint fully dry. No organisation, no care and your fault if you aren't satisfied with poor service.
