Absolute joke of a shop and company.   Advertise trainers then go to buy and sold out instantly. Loads on ebay though for £400.

Absolutely appalling! Wanted to buy several items and stood at the empty tills for 5 minutes. No staff on the shop floor serving so left the items at the till.
I will be taking my custom elsewhere and be letting friends and family know not to waste their time either!

This is a review of the company's online shopping department rather than the Gateshead shop.

 Ordered shoes, which were stated to be in stock, 10 days ago and paid for 3 to 5 day delivery. They still haven't arrived, sent emails 3 days ago and still awaiting response. They don't have a contact telephone number on their site and I can't find one on the web. I'm starting to understand why!
