Just been in for some footwear. The staff were fantastic. No problems in helping when needed. Especially as me and my wife had disabilities. They were great.

A good shout for getting the children's school shoes ready for the new year. The shop had an attractive offer, when we visited. Buy one pair of footwear and get 50% off your secend pair selected footwear and cheapest pair at 5he reduced cost.  Prepare to look through a lot of boxes, I picked up too many boxes that were empty , with no sign of the associated footwear.  When you've finally purchased a pair, you can pay an extra couple of pounds to have a waterproof coating added. Unfortunately we had this for my daughter trainers and it didn't work this may have been the material of the trainers.

Absolutely brilliant, very helpful staff who ordered in my size to be delivered to home as I have freakishly small feet, but they went above and beyond without judgement.

Asked for cheap insoles the sales assistant. Took 10mins starting at the very expensive ones......waisting her time and mine.

Shop is ok and staff are friendly. Could only question the quality of the footwear based one my purchase which was not very good at all.

Pleased I went. Bought a handbag and a pair of shoes. Lots to choose from

Ive been back time and time again. I got a pair of boots from here back when they first opened and they never disappointed

Decent for school shoes,  various prices available

Good choice in shoes, bags and accessories but staff could do with customer care training. One particular staff member was very rude to my husband who was asking for help on finding the correct box for the corresponding size of shoe he was buying. If you're looking for reasonable priced footwear but don't mind being treated like a petulant child then shop here.

So the shop didn't have my size in a landrover shoe. So Katie the staff member assured me lets get them ordered. They are for my job so plain black is a must.  Katie ordered me blue and yellow steel toe caps. NOT GOOD. she was to busy stairing at her boss to know what was happening. Today I've returned the item. Q que of 4 people qnd 4 staff member were laughing and giggling in the back watching 1 staff member serve all. I have never came across such rude staff. This needs really sorting cos as a customer I'm never coming back
