Great service this morning on an exchange by a self-confessed awkward customer - I need my trainers totally mark free.
I went into Schuh today looking for a pair of crocs, the staff were very nice and welcoming. Nathan in particular was very accommodating and helpful, when we were looking at the shoes. I rarely give reviews but this store has some of the best trained staff and I highly recommend here if you're looking for good quality shoes and amazing customer serivce.
Popped into Schuh metro today on the 24th April to just buy some socks and see if they had any Nike AF1’s in stock. Unfortunately I didn’t like any of the ones in but what I did like was the socks - Thanks to a very nice recommendation from a member of staff. She and the rest of the staff were very helpful and friendly. Was only in 2 mins like but thought I’d still review as the experience was very good. Keep it up!
I've done click and collect here a few times, the most recent being last week. The loveliest staff, knowledgeable, and feel like they're giving the customer a 1-1 service.
I went into store with a query about a pair of boots I bought online a year earlier. There was a manufacturing issue with the production of the shoe and I needed a new pair or a refund. The staff and management were lovely and more than happy to help. A replacement was offered and I went home with a new pair. Thanks for help, customer service was brilliant :
Schuh is usually the first shop we look in when we park in the Red section at the Metrocentre. I always browse the Dr. Martens display while my wife wanders around the ladies' displays. Sometimes she gets something, sometimes I do. This time I noticed some black boots with embroidered designs..."a winged tiger? Wow!"...and in the Sale! I was asked by a young man called Fin if I needed any help, and he checked stock for my size, listened to my Doc Martens stories, and even managed to sell me a Dr Martens bag in which to carry my box containing my new pair of Dr Martens 1460 Souvenir boots. Great selection, good prices and excellent service! Guess which shop will be the first one I go into next time!
On our first visit they took my email to notify me of new stock. I reserved my daughters shoes. On my second visit there was a long Covid queue. The team worked the queue and brought my reserved Doc Martens to me. Excellent service.
