If the owner of Office has any respect for their company, they will sack every single staff member in this store. The obnoxious girls were all huddled around the till chatting away, giving scruffy looks and ignoring customers. They were the only reason I didn’t buy anything.

Rude and clueless staff. Asked for a pair of shoes in my size and had to wait 15 minutes to then be given the wrong shoe that was for another lady. When I enquired about the shoes I asked for, I was blanked and the sales assistant began speaking to another lady. In the end I left.
