Only been here the once but the guy who served me was very nice. Helped me out a lot and was very chatty. Made it nice and easy for me and the whole process was simple. Was the only place in miles that would rent to me as an under 25 too.

Fraudsters , be aware!!!!! This branch is scamming people. 40£ disappeared from my credit card 1 month later under pretence of "handling fee". Immediately called the bank to report fraud and got my money back. This is by far the worst car rental company I had to deal with in my life. Before i rented the vehicle the agent was trying to bully me into buying additional cover saying things like "if the vehicle breaks down you will be left on your own". Seriously, avoid.

Be aware! When we returned in Italy on august they charged  on credit card about200 euros not due, as we  payd the total amount when we returned the car. 
Today I' ve received a letter  in which they ask me to pay  further 176 euro andif I don't pay in 4/5/2018 they pretend much more money. They are thieves!!! This a very bad company!!!

Had a last minute cancellation and Kaf really helped us out. Would 10% recommend this company and their service. The customer service we recieved was outstanding .
