We cannot praise the staff at Enterprise Stansted Airport (Car Rental Village) enough!! We had an emergency at home in Bristol and the only flight we could get from Lanzarote was to Stansted. We had to get back as soon as possible so a member of staff called James and another chap (didn’t catch his name) sorted a ‘One Way Hire’ for us over the counter. They dealt with our situation in a very swift and professional manner and got us on the road in less than 10 minutes. We are eternally grateful for all their help and would recommend Enterprise Stansted Airport to everyone. Thanks again to James and his colleague 👍

I have used this branch on many occasions and have always received excellent service from all of the staff.  

Nothing is too much trouble and they always try their hardest to get you the best deal available.

The vehicles have always been virtually brand new, in excellent condition and perfectly clean.

I have never experienced any problems when returning the vehicles and the service has always been swift, efficient and courteous without exception.

My family and friends who I have advised to use this branch, have all reported complete satisfaction.

This level of service engenders customer loyalty with repeat business and a high level of recommendation

Enterprise have always given me great service wherever I’ve been in the world. But customers should be aware that in the event of any damage to the vehicle your card will be debited with an excess of £1000. whether you have insurance or not. Ok we all know about the excess ( staff are obliged to inform us in advance). What you may not know is that it will be between 4 and 6 weeks before Enterprise supply an invoice for the repair work and refund any difference - if you’re lucky!
This is what is happening to me at the moment. But worse, I had NO communication from Enterprise until yesterday (18/04) when they finally answered one of my emails!
I returned my car to Stansted airport on 19th March with a cracked windscreen, a repair which had I not had a flight to catch, I could have had done myself within hours. I have insurance on my credit card so didn’t worry too much about handing over the £1000 excess. A month later and my £1k is still in their grubby little hands. What hurts the most is that I can’t make a claim on my insurance without a repair invoice from Enterprise!
This is not the first time either - but that’s another story.
My advice - if you have a bump, or as in my case, collision with a pebble off the back of a highways truck, refuse to pay anything until you’re provided with an invoice. It might not seem honest or fair but for sure Enterprise won’t be honest or fair with you!

Collection, friendly and helpful staff.
On return, the same friendly and welcoming experience.
Neither experience was over the top, just measured, helpful and friendly... not too much, not too little.
As always, vehicle pristine, nothing to complain about, at all!
Welcoming and re-assuring staff. (Thinking about all the horror stories one reads about with other hire companies.)
I will only EVER use Enterprise.
