Getting to this place from Stansted airport was very easy since just outside the main enterance there is a waiting area for a free bus that comes every 15m and the journey there takes about 10m.nnCustomer service was very good - quick and efficient, although there was a bit of an interlude between registering and collecting the car that could have been a little shorter. I'm happy with the customer service of the guy behind the counter and the guy who showed me around the car - friendly and efficient. The car itself was relatively new and in good condition - clean on the inside. A message on the dashboard said it needed servicing, but I expect that will be sorted out soon. If I land in Stansted in future I will definitely consider using this Enterprise branch again.

Excellent, the best check-in experience yet! Just a few questions at the main desk then outside where car was ready and only a few signatures needed. No unnecessary questions asked, I was away in no time and this is exactly what I want after flying. On return, just as quick, no hanging around waiting, just a quick check of the car, everything was Ok and I was away. Please, don't change this, it works well and I always use Enterprise and will continue doing so. Highly recommend!

Absolutely brilliant service, these guys are excellent. So proud professional and friendly, I cannot rate them high enough. Both Stansted and Gatwick were perfect . Great to see Enterprise seeing customer service as such an important factor. 100% will book through then again. Shuttle bus to airport goes every 15min

Decided last minute to book on the day when my flight back to the UK had been delayed. It was super easy and quick to get the car booked for when I arrived back. Arrived at the desk, was asked to take a seat and within around 2 minutes the car was already sorted - an absolute dream after having to go through the airport. Matt walked me through the finalisation in a friendly, warm manner and within about 10 minutes I was on my way. Fabulous customer service and easy process.
