We tried to rent a full size van, money taken and was given the key at the reception.  Then after a long walk back to their car park found the van shrunk in size and not what we booked.  No apologies at all and had to walk back to the terminal and this time the guy gave me attitude and said the van was not ready.  Then why gave me the key to something???

Very rude staff, would never rent anything from them.
