Hiring a car from here is only a good idea if you plan NOT to go on the road with it! Charged £83 for scuffing a front alloy which had already been damaged. Two customers paying for the same damaged area. Clever way to get extra revenue. Pre-hire inspection was done in a dark indoor car-park where the staff member tried to show me faults with the light of his mobile phone.Very professional. If you are silly enough to hire, take pictures of the car before leaving and I mean LOTS of pictures, preferably a video and with two witnesses. They are so particular I am sure they measure the length of the car to see if it has shrunk in the rain!

Fantastic staff really caring polite and friendly too. The car was awesome didn t want to hand it back! I will definitely be using their services again.

Totally useless. We ordered and pre-paid for a van two days ahead of time. The evening before Rohan from Sixt rang to check intended collection for the following day which we duly confirmed (why else would we have already paid!) yet upon arrival the following morning, they did not have the van that was specified! No satisfactory explanation, and no suitable replacement van. A totally unreliable outfit, and happy to waste heaps of your time.

disgusting booked a car for today n they took upon themselfs to book it for tommorrow when im a long term cust they said not there problem n sent me home ..women who served me was stacey n she was so rude n nasty!
