Rob in the garden centre was fantastic. Really helped my wife and I with some guidance and suggestions which have been brilliant. Can't speak highly enough of his knowledge, patience and helpful attitude. I very seldom write reviews but Rob definitely deserves 5*.
I love b&q but a worker named Clair gave me such hard time, I had to carry a very heavy lamp to her instead of her going to where the lamp was placed, not to mention that there was a returned labelled on it and I’ve asked her about why it was returned and she just took off the label and throw it away in front of me and just said there’s no issue. Hopefully next time workers will be more helpful.
Very poor customer service, one of the workers named Clair gave us such hard time, she wouldn’t even go to where the product was she made us carry a heavy lamp to her, there was a retuned labelled on a lamp and when we asked about the reasoning behind it she just took off the label and throw it away and said there was probably no issue? Would expect better customer service next time please.
This place is brilliant massive size store very wide isles very easy parking especially for vans. Luckily for me I'm trade point straight in and out Sheffield Store is one of the biggest I've ever been in and I have been to a lot of b&Q covid-19 rules after be followed no waiting around staff very very helpful 10 /10 I'm
Staff are well trained and friendly. Has most things the keen diyer would want. Prices not always the best but they're all under one roof.
For everything you need for DIY. Sometimes the pricing just makes no sense tho..e.g. today 10 8x120mm fixings were £3.20 yet 6 were some £8!! Exact same thing, even asked them to price check.... so got more... for less
One of the biggest B and Q of sheffield. You can find everything there for home to garden, plus there is a food van outside exit of it. Nice food. Lots of parking. Guy called James work there was very helpful and knowledgeable.
Just before Xmas and what a pleasure to be assisted by Rob who went above and beyond to help me. Even helped with loading up my ‘tree’ purchase’ into the car. B and Q should be proud of him
Seriously hadn't been to B&Q for 10 years! Now I'm a B&Q addict!!!! Reasonable prices, easy to find items, helpful staff, well organised during the current covid 19 situation. Spacious store. Lots of inspiring ideas as you walk around! Something for everyone. Plants, barbecue's, tools, paints, kitchen bins, cookers, flooring, curtains, cushions, garden furniture and MUCH more. No toilets or cafe during the pandemic. Please remember to respect staff at this particular time. Lots of car parking and large trolley available for big items. Enjoy!
What a fantastic experience I had in the the store, Dan in the hardware department was an absolute fantastic help, when looking for plumbing supplies Daniel found the plumb bob right away, couldn’t be happier with the service I’ve received, will be returning
