The interaction with them was excellent. They picked us up from the airport immediately after we landed and after that the car was provided to us quickly. The staff was very polite and friendly to us and exactly how you would expect from a great rental car service. We returned the car after the official program hours and we were able to leave the keys in a box located outside. Our money deposit was returned after 2 working days. It is a company that we will fro sure contact in the future again.
Very happy with the service I received from both Mo counter and Shah valet on Saturday/Sunday. They are both a testament to your company. Outstanding customer service. Thank you! Mo was very informative over the counter, providing me with an upgrade and Shah was very informative regarding my deposit return when the keys were handed back over. Smooth process from start to finish and they both contributed to a very good experience with Sixt. Looking forward to returning
Excellent friendly and efficient service, Shan was excellent. I was picked up and dropped off even though I got back after they’d closed on Sunday. I was upgraded to a gorgeous mini and they returned my deposit this morning, just 3 days after my rental. The only slight issue was that the booster seat I needed cost £40 for 3 days hire. I thought that was a bit steep! Other than that I’m delighted and will definitely come back.
We were treated exceptionally well by all employees, from pick up to drop off. Excellent vehicle selection. Vehicle was ready for us as soon as we arrived. Possibly the best car rental experience we’ve ever had. Thank you!
Very prompt in arrival time, courteous, and made sure I had a cab number if I had to return the car after hours. Also made sure I understood the vehicle, being that things work differently for Americans there. Highly recommend.

5 star - From the prompt pick up at the airport, the friendly shuttle bus driver, and generally all round efficient and friendly staff - this is THE company to use if you want a quick, efficient service. Car was excellent too - car return was a breeze and the shuttle bus was ready and waiting to return me to the airport.
Very pleased with the service, from the collection at the airport to collecting the car, friendly and helpful staff. Again at return, we were quickly checked in and dropped off at the airport. Really nice guys
