This is by far the best car rental experience that i have ever had for so many reasons they surpassed my expectations from previous bad experiences with other companies. 

The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful, Natasha particularly couldn't have done more to make the experience fantastic. 

The car was a very clean and new Mondeo with great fuel economy. The price for this was cheaper than most other companies charge for a crappy chicken chase type car. 

They offer the option to pay the deposit with a debit or a credit card and the deposit was only £200 as opposed to the other companies who often charge around £500 which is held on your card for the duration. 

The pricing is simple and straightforward with no nasty surprises and hidden charges. They also have several pricing options to reduce the insurance excess depending on what you want to do and none were excessively expensive either. 

I'm not mad into giving reviews, however, in this case, given the quality of the experience I felt compelled to leave one and to congratulate Enterprise on being the best car hire company ever. I will be using them for every car hire occasion going forward.

I returned a car that was picked up in another branch in Luton Branch. The back windscreen wiper was not working on the car since I picked up and I self reported it to the staff at Luton so they can fix it for the next customer. 5 days later I received a letter claiming a damage of 185 pounds. Where is a common sense? And I did not expect this from enterprise.

I went enterprise Luton airport in early November 2017 was really stressed as the smalll automatic car I ordered was unavailable, however the manager (I've forgotten his name) was absolutely fantastic!!!! So patient and kind and went out of his way to make sure I had an alternative car for that day! The service at this branch is really good. I would definitely recommend!!

Rental Agreement Number : 129996

We hired the car from the Luton airport branch. We were served by Mo who has been very helpful. Having completed the relevant paper work professionally and effectively he showed us to our car. He went out of his way and helped us to load our luggage into the car.
We were allocated a brand new car and upgraded without any extra charge.
I would highly recommend The Enterprise car rental company to anyone. We will definitely hire from them again.
