One month after rental got 50 EUR extra bill for Personal Insurance fee. Bad expierence as I have not asked for any extra.

We booked a car for 01:00 and nobody was here to deliver. We were waiting at the airport for 7 hours and the only awnser we got is that the current staff wasnt in duty last night. We are still waiting for a car.
