Recently returned to the UK for a short visit. We booked online but requested an upgrade before collection. This was agreed but not altered when we arrived to collect the vehicle. However it was a simple process and we were upgraded with any quibbles.Collection and drop off were seamless and quick. The booking process specified a credit card in the name of the driver but failed to mention it needed two months validity - fortunately I had a second card with me that I could use. Other than that I would recommend them and would certainly use them again.

don't book there at the Green Motion Car Station at Luton Airport. I took a car and the guy was checking the car for damages for me, played very friendly, and when I returned the car 24h later there was a small scratch on one of the tires. I can't be me, I just went to the hotel and parked there on a big parking lot, recorded on camera!! And came back to Luton. I'm sure the scratch was there before, and I had to pay 155£ for it. They are doing it on purposes, they knew that before, that's why the guy checked the car for me. I'm renting cars all over the world, nearly every month, that was never ever happened to me before. The whole station there looks very unprofessional.

Despite an initial problem with the booking due having gone through an agent the Helpful staff member  Patito, I hope I have spelt that correctly on the desk managed to correct our booking. The car we had was brand new and very clean and tidy. Although there seems to be a number of negative reviews on here our experience was very good and we will certainly use them again. Having had an issue by using an agent I would say it is always better to book direct no matter which hire company you are using.

They’re scammers! I rented a car from them for 2h and because I was in a hurry I never thought of checking the state of the car before leaving. When I returned they went straight to a pre-existing small dent in the rim of the wheel and charged me £150 for it. Never renting with them again! And i’m sure to be checking my cars thoroughly before i leave the rental place from now on!

Warning, stay away. Our company booked a long term rental for a working tour 5 weeks. We booked online - they were very quick and happy to take the money about £1.1k We completed the pre-pickup online check-in successfully. Once we arrived, the CS representative did not have our details 30' wasted the day before. Furthermore, since we did not have a credit card in the drivers' name, we were charged an extortionate £621 EXTRA 55% more than we expected, to then lower our deposit and use a Debit Card. I would like to add that we've rented cars regularly at SIXT, Enterprise, Europecar, Hertz and Avis - never once, in the UK, we needed a credit card. We've always used our Business Debit card. Terrible experience, will NEVER book again, just sharing this as a word of warning for other customers.

The experience of this car rental company is a nightmare! We’ve returned the car and obviously! There is a scratch! Straight away 160£ charge. The manager came over to the car park stinking of alcohol. Don’t recommend this company. Avoid.

We booked with your company through CarFlexi. We paid a deposit and were to pay the balance on picking up the car. We were given a confirmation number: ECR-3721181-3699414. We were late due to the late departure and arrival of our flight from Dublin. We had furnished the Ryanair flight number when we made the booking and expected that it ought to have been possible to check for possible delays easily. When we arrived at the location within the lobby area of the Hampton by Hilton Hotel the office was locked and we were unable to get a response from the phone number listed on the door. We went to the hotel registration and there we met an employee of the company who just happened to be there leaving back another car. He opened the office stressing that he was not usually on the desk. He obviously expected to be able to sort out our car. He checked the system, phoned another office and then informed us that the booking had been cancelled because we were late and that there was no car available. He intimated that it was the broker who was responsible for the cancellation. Neither could he offer to contact an alternative genuine provider - not company policy. Neither could he offer to engage a taxi on our behalf - not company policy. The best Green Motion could do for our party of 3 people arriving in their country, under duress because of a family bereavement, was to leave us stranded where we stood. We are appalled at the way we were treated and wonder how such a company can exist. We had to select a star to post this but this company does not deserve or earn a single star....

Because 2 hours delay flight we were after closing time. We have called the number on the door for late pick ups the guy said some bad words in Polish and hung out. Later stop picking up the phone… Not only from us but from others too. Absolutely rude and unprofessional.

OMG beautiful experience with Greenmontion Luton. Funny story: I came back to Luton office tell  them that the car is super dirty they told me that they will ban me because I assumed them that someone took my headphones from the car after my last rental . After that the little guy told me as well that he will not change the car and he will cancel my reservation! Please tell me Green monitor what is happen with you! The funnies story is why you can back to us ? Question from one of the members who was in office at 28th of Aug ?

Free shuttle was great. The guys at the counter were really friendly and professional. Quick check in and drop off. Would highly recommend.
