Enterprise supplied me with larger van then I required. When refused I had to accept, due to time for a delivery, a dirty inside and out 3 year old transit van. I later found out that the nearside front tyre was worn, the air conditioning poor and the screen wash was empty. However their customer service was excellent, I was refunded the total insurance costs and given 25% off next rental

Didn't have the car I wanted available at short notice, but was happy with the vehicle supplied. Service is friendly and helpful. Just beware advertised rates only cover damage insurance with a large excess. Reducing the excess increases the hire rate dramatically.

Dreadful ! The young blonde haired girl has the worst attitude I've ever come across, she looks and speaks to people like they are rubbish, I would never use this company or recommend them to anyone. Absolutely Awful customer service!
