I rented cars with them every week for the last 2 months now. The service has been outstanding. Especially Paula and Roxana were extremely helpful and friendly and the pick-up is done within minutes. The location is perfect when arriving at Terminal 5. The drop-off is also very quick and efficient and did not take me longer than 3 min so far. Keep up the great work you are doing!

Everything looked good. The pick up place is walking distance from the terminal. We were very happy... until we got the final bill. Appearently this is a "premium location" which you will be charged 20% extra for. Nobody informed us of this beforehand. I complained to Cartrawler (the service provider I used to rent the car) and they said that I signed the contract at the till (with Sixt) and because of that it was my responibility. Fair enough. However the man at the till did not inform us about the 20% surcharge either. The next thing you should look out for is petrol. If you choose that they will fill it up for your then they charge you a flat fee of around GBP 50 no matter how little petrol they fill it up with. The man at the till did not inform us about this either. I guess my experience can only end in one way - I give it 2 stars on the Google review!

check in was quick an easy ,and got an upgrade but Beware 3 days after the rental they found crack in the windscreen which was never there i had this before that they managed to charge 25 gbp for when i used the car 20 km and it was a little one when i complained they drpped the charge someone told me this is common with sixt they to Steal !!! just to update i challenged them and they just wrote that hey decided to drop the charge strange!!!

Great place to hire a decent car. Walking distance from terminal at the Sofitel Hotel. Friendly staff with quick service.
