I use Enterprise as they seem to have an office close to every place I have lived for the past 10 years, that said they have good service, look after you, and I have never had a problem with any member of staff at any office. If you call the office they are sometimes able to arrange a free pick-up/ drop-off for you, or at the very least can call a taxi (you will have to pay but they will refund a bit of your hire charge to cover - again not all offices offer this).

I was very impressed with the service. The staff were helpful and very polite. The collection process was efficient and I was surprised how quickly I was on the road from arriving at the
rental location. The vehicle was clean as was the office. I recommend this company and rental location.

Though we did not actually get to rent a car (this was our own fault as the pre-paid cards we had weren't accepted, so don't do what we did) the staff were so unbelievably friendly and helpful to us that I would 100% recommend this company to everyone! 

(thank you to the lad who dropped us off at the train station after we struggled with our technology for half an hour, you turned a crappy day into a nice one. It was 8 months ago and my memory is foggy but I hope we tipped you)

It’s not the first time that Enterprise tries and fob you off with vehicles they can’t get rid off. It’s the last straw for me. Good luck if you are booking with the cowboys who will continuously lie. The customer service is not much better apart from the manager who spent 5 minutes talking to me after giving me the wrong vehicle.
