Very good service.. my husband and I needed a car from one hour to the next because another company ignored us.. employee Karan was very helpful.. he found a car for us right away and we could go on a trip without any stress.. we will definitely use their services more than once

The service is usually great, but today I tried to call 5 times on seperate occasions and no call backnnP.S. I can't reply to the reply so here's my response. I'm not bothered to follow this up with customer service, please take my feedback at face value and use it for learning and improvement.nnI'm happy with all staff I've interacted with to date. So my only comment is to have a plan on how you manage phone calls. When a customer calls, either someone should pick up or the customer is given an option for a call back depending on the urgency or maybe a call queue system. Whatever it is, the customer should be able to get through to someone.

Horrible service @ Slough. One person takes a booking and confirmed pickup at 1pm. And while IAM heading towards the pickup location my wife gets a call that they don't have the vehicle. Based on the confirmation I took leave from office and confirmed with the other party that I shall be available, all gone to waste.nNOTE: one piece of advice to all the viewers of this post. Don't trust them and do not rely on what they say.

Crooks and committing fraud. Check your bank accountnnThey are absolute crooks and committing fraud. Do NOT use them, and if you have check your bank account.nnMonths after we have recieved a refund, they taken hundreds of pounds out of our bank account?? I'm at the point of seeking legal advice. Not to mention their manager was extremely rude on the phone when told the transcation has come from their branch

7 seater booked. Did not have vehicle and tried to fob us off with a max. Eventually found a Galaxy as booked, manual not auto as had been booked and as we drove off, engine management light on and they don't even cover breakdowns - they leave it to the customer!! On top of that a £2k excess. Absolutely the worst hire car experience we've ever come across. Took car back and cancelled hire as car not fit for a long drive. Prepared to fight for refund as can't imagine they'll be proactive on that front considering this whole disasternRe the reply - you have all the details at your branch. After over 2 hrs of our time and no vehicle as booked, the least you can do is get the details from your branch and refund. Unless there are so many you couldn't supply you need further details
