On Thursday I was disgusted to see a female staff member go out of her way to take the piss out of a young guy with a Learning Disability, he had trouble with his speech and getting his words out . Thats when the staff member started laughing and saying things like "you can't have a bacon & chocolate bagette" and making out she could'nt understand him. After enduring her ridicule he managed to say clearly for most to here "Bacon & sausage bagette" at which point she mockingly cheered and clapped him to get a laugh from other staff. I didn't want to embarres the man by making a big scene but I wish I had returned after as I stormed out in disgust to confront the staff,but I will tell people what happened. They don't even deserve 1 star
I was ashamed by the way a member of staff treated a young man in one of your Birmingham stores, he had speech difficulties and for their own amusement were taking the Micky out of him. I was outraged she should not be allowed to work with the public. I will never use a simply eat establishment again.
Im absolutely disgusted by how i saw a young man treated by staff today. He had speech difficulties, and the woman taking his order was laughing and pretending that she didn't know what he was saying. it is completely unacceptable, and cruel. i will never eat here again, and will be putting in a official complaint to head office. None deserves to be treated like this.
Ordered 2 cheese salad baguettes take away as I was on lunch from work and its the most bland and most dry baguette I have ever eaten. Very poor never go there again!!!
