I always get great coffee and service from Benugo. Service is quick, which is awesome when you’re about to get on a train. Much better than other places in the station where coffee is made by machine.
Probably serves the best coffee inside New Street, and arguably has more distinct lunch offerings than other nearby options. Also good for working and studying, and is always clean and calm.
The most awful experience ever! I’ve never met an angry and unpolite lady like her.I ordered a coffe and while I was waiting for my coffe she was enjoying the conversation with her friend.After 10 min she said now I’m doing your coffe
Ordered a soy latte, milk not steamed hot enough and over filled to ye point it was leaking out the cup and it wasn’t made correctly. Doesn’t taste that great, staff unhelpful.
Never heard of this chain before. Popped in for a cold drink and found a charming shop with helpful staff. Will be back for a coffee and some off the wonderful looking sandwiches
Wanted a quick snack before the train and order a ham Swiss croissant which was great, staff recommended it toasted which made it better and was a great quick experience
