Thought I'd give it another go but the customer service tonight was very poor yet again. Staff walking away through the back kissing her teeth and rolling her eyes seriously as I don't like alot of milk and there was still too much. No facility to pour your own. You have lost a customer who comes through this station twice a day 5 days a week minimum with my husband. Disappointing.
Nabila was great her bubbly customer service made up for the small portions ;
Not a very inviting store and service is very slow. I only wanted a soya hot chocolate but it seemed to take forever. Probably because another staff member appeared and they began to talk to each other rather than focusing on customers. I will only use this branch if other cafes are busy and there is no where else to go.
Just served a scalding hot cappuccino. Now have a burnt tongue. Not even a good Cappuccino - more like a latte. Second bad coffee from here, first burnt tongue.
Never answer the phone... service very slow and the 2 older ladies would be advised to redo customer service training. Youg staff so polite and friendly a welcome sight in the morning.
Just paid £2:40 for a really small black coffee. The MOST AWFUL COFFEE!! Couldn't even taste the coffee!! Stay away! A real rip off.
Good food at expensive prices. Ironically, the wifi here is unrivaled, so if you are stuck at New Street for several hours, and want to play around with the internet - this is a good location to go.
I like the food there, reasonably priced, wish they did meal deals!
Good Choice of Snacks and Drinks. Good quick stop off when changing trains.
It is like the staff are actually trying to be ignorant!
