Absolutely unreal! Just called and got a sausage and egg sandwich on white with a latte , really fresh and nice egg cooked perfect, quick service and friendly staff, definitely call in if your passing.

Asked for the lunchtime salad meal deal and was told I could have it rice, pasta, cous-cous or mixed leaves based. Can’t eat carbs so asked for mixed leaves option but just regular lettuce not mixed. Can’t do that. Why? It’s mixed-leaves only. But I don’t like arugula, rocket etc. No. Wow! How to pointlessly do yourself out of a sale. Came across very much as a jobsworth.

I go visit daily for my lunch break. Food tastes fresh and homemade. They have a wide range of items to make a proper sandwich or salad. The fact that you can choose up to 7 veggies and 2 meats makes your salad very nutritious, which is great, because I get to dinner without eating any snacks, even though it's not a hypercaloric meal. Breakfast is also very tasty. Pricing is reasonable, but even if it was a bit more expensive I'd be happy to give them my money, rather than spending it for a McDonald's meal. People are nice, polite and they always welcome you with a smile. They're the icing on the cake. I mean, on the salad.

The one down the road was so much better.. There was literally a tree branch in my wrap..

Fantastic Service! We use Philpotts for lunch orders when there is a medium to large meeting taking place at our office. Andy, in particular, is wonderful with helping with our bespoke and mostly last minute orders. The food provided is always fresh and tasty with a wide variety for choice. I live around the corner from Bennetts Hill restaurant got a menu 2 days ago saying about some new evening menu, so called it tonight and obviously not open lol talk about a plan went wrong there and I would lobe to hear your excuse cause this restaurant has survived through covid but yet can't meet the evening criteria??? Hmm sounds like a ploy!!!!!
