The food came 2 hours late and this is me not exaggerating! After it finally arrived, I opened the box and it looked like this. My appetite went out of the window. My coronavirus symptoms got worse just by looking at it. My anxiety levels hit the roof. Never have I been so disappointed in myself for ordering this. What a tragedy.
Like everyone else who has reviewed- I wish I had read the Google reviews before ordering on uber eats. 2 hours late. Completely wrong order. Ordered 2 differenr premium shakes they were both regular and the same flavour. Ordered a mixed cookiedough- the one arrived was just white chocolate which was almost £2 cheaper than the one we ordered.
Such a shame! I made an order for waffles at 1905 and scheduled the delivery for 2005. My delivery was late so I called them, they said it was leaving the shop now. 10 minutes later, it arrived FREEZING COLD! I called them to let them know it has arrived cold. He told me to contact just eat! All I wanted was acknowledgement and an apology. How did it arrive cold when it left the shop 10 minutes ago and was 30 minutes late!
Ordered food on Uber Eats. Said 10mins on app. but 40+ minutes later nothing delivered. Called many times, but no answer. Extremely disappointed with this place. After looking on Google, kooks like this happens a lot. Never use them again.
Ordered 3 milkshakes at 20.39 with an estimated estimated delivery time of 21.05. 21.30 contacted the shop to find out where my order was, I was informed it hadn't left the shop yet but will be shortly. 22.01 called again to find out where the delivery was, I was told it would be there any minute. Order arrived at 22.15. Two things stand out: 1. The attitude of the staff, no acknowledgement of the delay or apology, you can tell it is being run by young staff without any care. 2. The quality of the milkshakes was poor with little flavour to discern other than milk and ice cream. Definitely one to avoid! Update: got to the bottom of my snickers milkshake and found out why it doesn't taste of much more than just milk, half a snickers bar un blended at the bottom .
I’ve ordered dessert for the kids, it’s been over 2 hours since I’ve ordered, they have went sleep half an hour ago and still hasn’t arrived worse place to order and isn’t even worth it. It’s now 12pm LOL
We ordered online it took forever to arrive, once we got it the ice cream was melted the cookie dough and waffle were absolutely cold not even luke warm absolutely terrible.
Order took 2 hours to arrive. Cookie dough was banging though. Unable to order as theyre never open on ubereats

Currently still waiting for my order Ordered hours ago and nothing has arrived. The restaurant are not answering either. I want my money back!
