Great place for families and groups, disabled access, friendly and helpful staff with a good range of facilities. Hired bikes which you can ride around the park or you can hire golf buggies if you want a more leisurely experience. The spa is great and had an excellent treatment and a variety of steam rooms etc. You can enter and exit the park easily to explore the local area and you can visit the blue lagoon swimming place separately if not a guest. Great picturesque views and shops and restaurants are on site. A bit pricey as all these places are but you can keep costs down with the self catering option within the accommodation. Would definitely recommend and return.

Great holiday for family. Quality accommodation and pool complex. Big site hire golf cart or bikes. Shops restaurants not cheap but quality and not ridiculous. suggest book early say by 12 months to save loads. After 1st visit they will send offers for subsequent years. Great activities for kids

What an amazing place! We were there for four nights over new years eve and everyone, from kids up to grandparents, had an amazing time. We stayed in a four bedroom house. It was clean, well furnished, well equipped and very comfortable. The central village in the resort had a well stocked grocery shop and off license, a toy shop, restaurants and a fish and chip takeaway. We ate in the pizza restaurant, pub and had takeaway fish and chips. The prices were reasonable and there were no complaints about the quality of food from our group. The only complaint we would make, is that, no matter where we had coffee, it was terrible. The facilities and activities were brilliant. We did archery one morning. The guy teaching us was great fun and very informative. We all enjoyed it and felt we were a bit better at the end. I'd highly recommend it. We also used the Blue Lagoon water park. It's mainly water slides, lazy river and wave pool. It's a great facility and we all enjoyed it but it's not really for normal swimming. Overall we all agreed we would happily go to Bluestone again.

I love Blue Stone, The staff are so friendly and accommodating. I would have given this Place 5 star but having been a number of times before certain areas are starting to look tired. The equipment in the toddler pool did not work, other areas needed decoration. That said the food we had was great and my Wife loved the Spa. Winter Lights looks like its going to be good. It never feels busy or crowded here and the buggies provide an excellent way of getting around.

What an experience. It is a must for a family long weekend or weekday holiday. Hire a golf buggy that they provide to allow you to get around. Explore everything. Also take board games and food to give you an option for a lovely family night in. Smokey Joe's is a little Gem in the forest and the tall trees zip wires next to it is a bucket list item. Have a ook at the range of activities on their website prior to arriving to see what you fancy doing. If the activities you are interested in have limited availability, then book prior to arrival as they tend to become fully booked quickly. Some weeks they may have some lodges left on the day of check in. I would recommend ringing to see if they can give you a last minute deal.
