Simonburn tea rooms excellant value for money the staff are very frindly and helpfull we got a really warm welcme when we walked in i would highly recomend a visit

Wonderful place to visit. Great choice of food, roaring fire, lovely attentive staff and the tea rooms are charming the garden is huge with lots of seating. We have visited many times summer and winter, always enjoyed a relaxed meal or panini sandwich.

Nice B&B in quiet country location. Attractive, clean rooms with en suite baths. Proprietor offers transportation to/from Hadrian's Wall path for walkers. Nice breakfast and dinner / packed lunch available on request. The couple that runs the place are great hosts. We really enjoyed our stay.

Just called in for a cup of tea, very nice it was, and a good sized pot too. Very dog friendly with a lovely garden, sit in or out. Nice staff too, definitely worth calling in!
