Best coffee in the World at Neros. This particular place has a very nice upstairs seating area with easy chairs. Also small outside seating on the pavement. It nice that they offer you a glass of water with your coffee. Great staff.
Went to Cafe Nero for a coffee while I was waiting for Dad as he had surgery at the time. Staff super friendly. Had a lovely chat and laugh with them after asking for Large Latte with 3 extra shots. They couldn't stop laughing ha ha. Overal lovely place in the city centre. You can sit outside, inside ground floor or on first floor. I was pleasantly surprise how cosy it was. I will definitely come back here when I come to visit Hexham.
Great flat whites made by the wee scottish lad, always pop in for a coffee when we come down for the weekend from jedburghFood: 5/5
Lovely Black Forest Mocha by the trainee barista in on 10/11 in the afternoon. His first ones made and they were delicious
Lovely service very comfortable will be backService: 5/5
Happy with the cheerful and knowledgable staff, the seating on the first floor looks quite cozy. Good espresso. Do not recommend the Vega chicken arrabiata sandwich though.
Grumpy server. Dogs are allowed. She shouted to get dogs to shut up..and muttered something under her breath.Food: 2/5
Great staff, extremely helpful. Only downside was ghastly jazz music being played making it hard to hear conversations. But would still thoroughly recommend this place.
Coffee is way better than in Costa but higiene standards are dropping drastically and it's not far away from dirty Costa.Still preferred Nero over other coffees available. I hope they start to look after their places and improve their cleans.
Food and Drinks Were Nice But Slightly Overpriced I Felt. The Low Rating Is Because of The Server Who Shouted for 'Christ's Sake' When The Elderly Lady at The Till Didn't Hear Her Question Because She Was Saying Hello to Someone Passing! Very Rude.
