We went for the family fun pool session. The pool was set to a depth of 0.75m which was was perfect for our 3y/o. The changing area and pool were clean and tidy, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. There were a few toys, pool noodles and footballs but we thought there would be more inflatables for the kids to play with. Great value for money!
Fantastic venue, had my sons birthday party at the bowling alley. Had 15 little ones and the hosted us amazingly.nThe food and service was absolutely great and the kids all had a blast bowling. A big thanks to the team that where there today and welcoming us all.nDefinitely reccomend this place.
A bit on the dirty side - it is not cleaned as regularly as it needs to be. All the walls inside the showers and changing cubicles have light brown stains, the floors seem to be dirty with hair every time we visit, the showers are very weak and not hot enough although the showers next to the pool are good - but obviously not private, too many lockers are broken and out of use, and there are not enough chairs next to the hair dryers. There is also, what looks to be, brown mould in between the drains around the edge of the pool near the entrance. There is a permanent, horrible smell here. Perhaps it's the mould? The toilets always look unclean - with wet blobs of loo paper on the floor and dirty toilet brushes. The mirrors are filthy looking, but I believe these might be permanent stains. I would not recommend this pool. It needs closing for a period of time in order to carry out a massive clean and overhaul.
Nice venue, easy to find, seems to hsve great activities including 10 pin bowling. Lots of parking. Food wasn't the best, its the usual prepacked stuff, so I had to have ham removed from a panini so it was just cheese, which staff accommodated without question,although without the ham the cheese was nearly non existent.
Good gym offering a reasonable day rate of £8. Plenty of machines, not too busy
